Platform — the Naviqa web application, available at app.naviqa.aero, operated by Aeromedical SRL, with headquarters in Romania.
User — any person who accesses the platform: platform administrator, aviation company administrator, examining company administrator, examiner, candidate.
Naviqa provides digital psychological assessment services for civil-aviation flight crew in line with EASA and national civil-aviation authority requirements. The platform digitises the full flow: scheduling → testing → scoring → PDF report → fitness decision.
Access to the platform is provided through user accounts (email + password) or session tokens (for candidates). The User is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
Personal data is processed under GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679). Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) on Supabase infrastructure. Sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
The psychometric instruments used (PVT, TMT, WCST, CORSI, IPIP-NEO, PID-5, OLBI, CMAQ, SJT) are the property of their original authors and are used under licence. The Naviqa platform, source code, and design are the property of Aeromedical SRL.
AI-generated reports (Claude, Anthropic) are clinical-assistance tools and do not replace the examiner's professional assessment. The final fitness decision belongs exclusively to the authorised examiner who signs the report.
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified by email 30 days before any changes take effect.
